Take Control of Your Health starting June 10th

HPR Offering Free Health & Wellness Program

Good health is soundness of body, mind and spirit.  To live a healthy life with a chronic condition means working at overcoming the physical and emotional problems caused by the disease.  It is good to control the disease instead of the disease controlling you!

Hunterdon Prevention Resources (HPR) is pleased to present Take Control of Your Health (TCH) at the Hunterdon County Family Success Center at 3 East Main Street, Flemington.  These workshops will be held on Monday mornings, June 10 through July 15, from 10 am – 12 pm.  Each attendee will receive a workbook containing information that will be discussed at the workshops, such as nutrition, exercise, relaxation, and setting goals. Strengthening Families - Summer Session

Families who communicate are more likely to be happy, healthy families. Hunterdon Prevention Resources (HPR) is proud to present its summer cycle of Strengthening Families, an evidence-based program that focuses on improving the family relationship by working with both parents and children in a group setting.
